Application Process

The six stages of the application process are outlined below:

Register for Persian Language Education Center

In the first step, you should register on student affairs organization (saorg.ir) and select the Persian Language Education Center of Hakim Sabzevari University for participating in Persian language training courses.

Provide the required documents

All applicants are required to provide the following documents in order to apply:

Copy of passport
Copy of certificates and diplomas from university studies (for Ph.D. and Master’s studies) and copy of certificates and diplomas from high school studies (for Bachelor’s studies)
Personal picture
Persian language teaching certificate (if your first language is Persian, it is not necessary to provide this certificate)

Submit the application form and other required documents

Submitting documents has two steps:

For evaluation your eligibility, send the application form and other required documents to this email: International@hsu.ac.ir.

You will be informed about primary documents confirmation by email within 1 week. After your documents were approved by the university, submit them to the saorg.ir.

When you submit your application, it will be sent to the relevant office to be processed.

Await our response

We acknowledge your application by email within three weeks. This includes a student number and required information about your registration.
