The Department of Physics of Hakim Sabzevari University has been working since 1994 with offering the bachelor’s programs on nuclear physics, solid state, fundamental particles and geophysics.
At present, the department admit the interested students in all of mentioned fields at bachelor’s degree. In the master’s and doctoral levels, admission is made in the following courses:

1- Nuclear Physics

2- Solid State Physics

3- Fundamental Particle Physics

4- PhD in Nuclear Physics

The Physics Department has several laboratories including educational laboratories, optics and specialized advanced solid state laboratory, advanced nuclear laboratory and atomic and laser physics laboratory.
